One of the areas in 3D I enjoy most is visualization, particularly the design, lighting and rendering of exterior architecture. When I have the opportunity, I like to be paid for it, too. This is a draft render for a proposed 8-plex condominium project by Traverse Developments. The model was built and rendered in 3DSMax, with foliage added from theOnyx library and sky rendered by Ozone.
