The halfway point in the semester has arrived, impacting with its usual force and taking up most my time with marking and curriculum development. Any spare moments of time have been absorbed with adding new features to thenewcode.com (with more to come this weekend).
To make up for lack of entries over the last few days, and lacking a portfolio site for the moment, I thought I would backdate the last few days with a few pieces of work from the past that might still be of interest. The first is a quick experimental piece with 3DSMax and V-Ray to explore reflectivity, refraction and environment mapping: “Milk & Cookies”, made in November 2008.
