Of late I’ve been listening to a lot of what might be called “bluegrass thrash”, a genre perhaps best exemplified by the music of Trampled By Turtles. Their video for “Wait So Long” is note-perfect: think of the soundtrack of the Coen’s “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” played in a meth-fuelled punk rage.
